The success of this project relied on heavy pre-production and a refined understanding of the artist's brand identity. I collaborated directly with management beforehand to align our creative direction with Travis’s established audience. By guiding the imagery to resonate with both the fitness community and the music fanbase, we created a cohesive visual language for the event.
I managed the photography and post-production for both the visual assets and the accompanying copy to ensure a unified voice across all platforms. During the event, I navigated significant coverage limitations due to the high-profile nature of the talent and the chaotic pace of a live race. Despite these constraints, I maintained a focus on high-impact shots that captured the "Revival Zone" activations and the unique atmosphere of fans running alongside Travis. The workflow was built for a tight turnaround, delivering polished assets immediately following the race to capitalize on the event's peak social momentum.

Covering an event of this scale requires the ability to execute under pressure while respecting the boundaries of the talent. My work for Run Travis Run Chicago provided the necessary visual proof of the event's success for both the founder and the corporate partners like Spotify.
By focusing on strategic planning and rapid post-production, I delivered a professional archive that documented the energy of the Chicago 5K and supported the ongoing mission of the series.
Next projects.
